minimum retirement pension amount at the level of two and a half minimum subsistence levels, determined for disabled;
maximum pension amount calculated in accordance with the laws “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance”, “On the Status and Social Protection of Citizens Affected by the Chornobyl Disaster”, “On Pensions for Persons Discharged from Military Service, and Some Others”, “On Status of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine”, “On Court System and the Status of Judges”, “On State Service”, “On the Prosecutor’s Office” at the level of five minimum retirement pension amounts;
maximum pension amount calculated in accordance with the laws “On Pension Provision” and “On Scientific and Scientific and Technological Activities” at the level of four minimum retirement pension amounts;
in case if in the result of adoption of this law pension amount decreases, pension shall be paid in the previously established amount.
